Home and Gym Programmes

Obesity & Diabetes Management/Injury Rehab/GP Referral

Ophelia is qualified to work with health professionals from  physiotherapists to GPs so that a personal tailored exercise programme can be devised for their specific needs.

In May 2012 Ophelia was awarded the Level 4 qualification in Obesity and Diabetes Management, enabling her to help people struggling in these areas to achieve positive life changing outcome. Not by adhering to any fad diets, but by explaining the science behind weight gain and supporting people to make a lasting difference to their health, appearance and well being. Sports Specific/Events

Ophelia organises her own local events such as walks and runs a through the picturesque Forest of Dean and across the Severn Bridge; light hearted with emphasis on enjoyment rather than competition these are fun events where clients are welcome to bring along family and friends. Ophelia has raised monies for various local and national charities including: Breakthrough Breast Cancer; Foundation for the Study of Infant Death; Help The Aged, St David’s Foundation Hospice Care; Starlight Challenge; Childline; Moonwalk; Chepstow Central Kaff; Tiny Lives Campaign.

She also encourages  and supports clients to enter 10k runs; Mountain walks; Triathlons; Charity Walks, marathons and half marathons. For 2 consecutive years, Ophelia has entered a Women only team in the Monmouth Raft Race AND they have been the fastest ‘women only team’ for those 2 years!
